Updated Version of the Britax B-Safe 35
This review is for the the Britax B-Safe 35 which is no longer available. Instead we recommend their updated infant car seat model: the Britax Willow S Infant Car Seat.
Our review of the Britax B-Safe 35 infant car seat is still in progress. We’ve used it every day with our newborn baby girl for about two months now and will have a full proper review in the near future. But we already like what we see.
It is, without a doubt, the best infant car seat for small babies and preemies on the market today. Britax’s infant car seat comes with a lot of extra padding and protection to make every journey safe and comfortable for your baby.
Because of its size, however, the Britax B-Safe 35 might not last you as long as other car seats in our tests. Your child might indeed rapidly outgrow the seat. Take a look at our list of the best infant car seats available today if you want to check the other options on the market first (check price).
As this is a preliminary review, we will continue using the Britax B-Safe 35 for another few months before fully wrapping our feedback. You can also take a look at the excellent reviews the seat is getting on Amazon here.
Our Rating: 9.2 / 10
Summary
We like:
- Excellent crash test results.
- Safe and comfortable for small infants and premature babies.
- Beautiful design and high-quality finishing.
We don’t like:
- Bigger babies might feel a bit squeezed.
- Won’t last you as long as some of the other seats in our tests.
Who is the Britax B-Safe 35 for:
The Britax B-Safe 35 has so much extra padding that it’s the best seat for small babies. Your kid will be kept snug and tight. The build quality is also excellent. We wouldn’t recommend this seat for larger babies, however, as they might feel a bit constraint or uncomfortable for long journeys.
